The best staff ever
Imagine an apartment where you not only feel at home but where every interaction feels like chatting with family! The staff ... here are friendly, fast, and so genuinely lovely that they could charm the spots off a Dalmatian. And let’s talk about Mário from maintenance – he’s a true legend! Quick, skillful, and always with a smile, he’s the hero you didn’t know your apartment needed. The building is spotless, like sparkling spotless, and it’s pet-friendly, which means your furry friends are as welcome as you are! Negotiations? Easy and respectful – like talking with old friends. Location-wise, it’s a dream. You’ve got Trader Joe’s, parks, and even a fantastic mall just a stroll away. Everything you need is right at your doorstep, and it feels like the perfect mix of convenience and community. It’s truly the family I left back in Brazil, right here in this little apartment oasis! This place is an oasis
The apartment manager was incredibly efficient with showing the unit and moving me in right away. All of the residents are ... nice and the community here is very friendly and kind. This place feels like home and it's right next to my favorite park that I walk to daily and there's unofficial dog park meet-up nearby off Addison as well. Wonderful place to live
Beautiful and Wonderful place to live. Everything is so close by Trader Joes, Bloomingdales, mall, pet smart etc. Beautiful ... park to walk your dog as well. Manager Angelika And Maintenance manager Mario are amazing and very helpful. I really appreciate their speedy response on all my housing questions and doing a very professional job. Love living here. Resident search
I moved across country and finding the right apartment was the biggest stresser. Luckily I waited to get out here because ... this complex is by far the best you can find in the area ...the value price is just a plus. So many websites were beyond misleading with their pictures and descriptions. I can honestly say what you see is what you get from the website to real life here. Parkview Terrace
My living experience at Parkview Terrace has been awesome. From the beautifully kept grounds, the sparkling pool (that's ... always kept meticulously clean), the full gym, with cable TV I might add, to my personal unit full of luxuries such as granite counter tops, hardwood floors and spacious layout, I couldn't imagine living anywhere else in the Valley. After searching through the valley for a place to call home, none compared to Parkview Terrace. After some of the apartment complexes I saw walking into Parkview Terrace was like an oasis in a desert. Not only is the complex itself beautiful and well maintained, the residents that live here are all extremely friendly and there is a strong feeling of community at Parkview Terrace.
